By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:  

Products & Accuracy 
All products are handmade and may contain slight differences, imperfections, or variations that make each piece unique. 3D-printed items may show minor layer lines, slight color differences from your screen, or small variations. These are normal characteristics, not damage.

Orders 
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or quantities beyond our production capacity. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll be refunded.

Limitation of Liability 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Berry Cosmic is not liable for damages, delays, or losses caused by shipping carriers, misuse of products, improper handling or printing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

Made-to-Order Production
Some physical items are produced after purchase. Production and shipping times are estimates and may change with volume and material availability.    

Intellectual Property 
All designs, models, artwork, photos, and content on this site are the property of Berry Cosmic are protected by copyright. All of our products have our signature artfully inlaid onto our models. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design.
